Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Full payment is due before I start the commission, payment is through paypal invoice in USD currency.

If the commission is over $100 then payment plans can be discussed.

NFT and AI usage of my work is strictly forbidden.

I have the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason.

NSFW options are only for people over the age of 18. If I later on or during making the commission, find that you're a minor, I will not finish your commission and you will be blacklisted.

I will not create any form of hateful, illegal, political or racist imagery.

Please let me know beforehand if you'd like me not to post the commission to social media at all, since I use commissioned work for promoting my art.

A complex commission may incur additional fees.

If the commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied.

My art style changes over time as I learn new things and techniques, and I keep my art very experimental.

The client may not edit, alter, or trace the commission, nor remove my watermark.

Once purchased, you're welcome to showcase your piece in your own gallery, edit it to fit icons/banners/decorate your profile, and even trade/gift/resell the piece along with the character it depicts, with credit of course.

The client must have guardian’s or parent’s permission or be over 18 years old to commission.

The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months.

After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes. Any great changes will come with an extra charge: an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will also be blacklisted permanently from commissioning me, ever again.

I explicitly forbid any reproduction of my work.
